Low carb chocolate mint smoothie

It tastes like pudding but it’s breakfast. I’m in.low carb choc mint smoothie

You’ll have to take a leap of faith about the avocado and spinach. I know it sounds gross but you honestly can’t tell and without it, you wouldn’t have that lovely creamy texture. Add in some almond milk and brazil nuts to up the protein levels and you pretty much have the perfect breakfast.
